Sustainable Energy Project Coordinator

This exciting entry level role is for someone with a good deal of confidence and initiative. You will be helping to promote the sustainable energy policy agenda by providing advice and support to clients such as local authorities, regional government or private sector developers and architects. Duties will involve assisting clients in developing policies on energy and wider sustainability and delivering training to support its implementation. You will have a good understanding of topics surrounding sustainability issues, with emphasis on planning and new build.

Sustainable Energy Home Visitor

We are looking for a Home Visitor to provide energy efficiency home audits, advice and fit simple energy efficiency measures for selected residents. You will manage a diary and complete scheduled visits; carry out basic energy audits, being sensitive to the resident at all times; fit simple energy saving devices, such as low energy light bulbs, chimney balloons, wireless energy meters, standby switches etc. You will be comfortable working with members of the public with excellent communication skills. A City and Guilds 6176 qualification is highly desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

We are looking for an experienced Fundraiser with a background in strategy and development within a charitable organisation. The role will involve implementing an innovative and sustainable fundraising strategy, identifying and researching appropriate funders, writing funding bids and developing existing and new relationships through written and telephone communication, face-to-face meetings and special events.
